Our Grandparent's Woods
I certainly have been busy since the last time I posted! On the first of March, our family got to go ice skating (which we all enjoy!) It was lots of fun..........none of us three older kids fell, Daniel had a blast racing us and imitating "Apono Ohlo", and even Mom ice skated!
That weekend, we went to our Grandparent's house - and had tons of fun! My sister and I took lots of pictures on their beautiful land, my Dad, Daniel, and I went fishing, and we enjoyed a nice, relaxing weekend with family!
The sad thing though, was that Saturday night, when we came home, I started coughing a lot, and Sunday morning woke up with a fever and had to stay home all week :(. Praise the Lord I am well again!
Yesterday, my Mom took me shopping, and we went to a few thrift stores. My Mom and I both LOVE old trunks, and when I get a hope chest, I hope that it is a trunk. Yesterday, while at a thrift store, my Mom and I found a really cute, small trunk - and my Mom got it for me to put in my room (Thanks, Mom!)! For those of you who don't know, our "coffee" table in the middle of our living room is a big, old, "steamer" trunk that we found at a thrift store!
Monday (tomorrow), we get to go ice skating once again! I will try to remember to charge my camera battery this time and get some pictures!
